Yorkshire's new AWARD WINNING! film                                photography archive

The lovely folk at CAHG / ARA have awarded the 2016 prize for the best new UK Community Archive / Heritage Group to The After Alice Project!

We're so excited we could burst!

What we're doing:

We are based in the Upper Calder Valley which forms the core material of our work

but since the news broke about the loss of the prized photographic collections

at the National Media Museum, Bradford we have expanded our catchment area

by popular demand and vowed to create a future-historical archive for Yorkshire

that will never leave Yorkshire
